Preparation of the order
A clear brief makes for an accurate quote.
If the documentation is not ready, a description of the function, photos, dimensions and quantity are sufficient. We will determine together what needs to be added before production begins.
Quality and dimensions
Profile, sheet metal, thickness, quality of steel or stainless steel and requirement for material documents.
Tolerances
Functional dimensions, flatness, alignment, openings and places that connect to other parts.
Welding and assembly
Type of weld, approach, required surface quality, bolted joints and assembly order.
Surface and packaging
Sanding, zinc, paint, stainless steel sanding, protection of functional surfaces and shipping method.
Manufacturability
The drawing must also work in the workshop.
Before production, we check access to welds, bend radii, assembly tolerances, contiguity of holes and sequence of operations. The goal is not only to produce a part, but to produce it repeatedly and without unnecessary repairs.

Production route
Every operation has its place and inspection point.
We adapt the route to the product. Some parts only need cutting and drilling, others a jig, multi-step welding, post-weld machining and final assembly.
